Other Half (2019)

Well I have something this day already, so I won't be able to make it if I even wanted. Although I still don't think I would be able to do a beer fest with a majority being these styles

 

I actually bought this from them, the Elida Estate Green Tip Gesha. It was $100 last year so figured why not try it at $60. It was very good, I'd recommend springing for it if you are very into coffee and have a proper set up and grinder.

 

IG says vapor running low at 330. Fingers crossed

I was going to grab some for @JayORear but at this point (if someone else hasn’t already - I already told him to hedge himself as I was going after work) - anyone else able to grab him a four?

What’s with this and ACE selling out so quickly. I fear Other Half has cut supply, we have been getting too lax in being able to get the beer at our convenience. They have put some fear back into us to get people to get back to line life.

 

I blame Roc and all these darn mobile can releases. Send ‘em the snicklefritz!

I went to Binnys in 2014 when I was in Chicago for a bachelor party. I walked in and everyone I was with looked at the stupidest ass grin on my face and decided they would come back for me in a hour.

 

Today in Brooklyn, we have a thanksgiving surprise! We have two new @otherhalfroc beers. For sale today at noon from taproom. ⠀

Bloomfield Daydream Imperial Oat Cream IPA (10%) Our Bloomfield crazies get their own Daydream. Same hop bill as Bloomfield Zoo but designed to be softer and smoother. Brewed with oats and lactose and then hopped with Citra, el Dorado, Ekuanot and Galaxy. $22 per 4 pack, 1 case per person.⁠⠀

Double Purple Chroma Imperial IPA(8.2%) brewed to have a lean malt profile with pils and oats and then crushed with Galaxy hops. $20 per 4 pack, 1 case per person⠀

 

The coffee is not a Japanese hostess trained to entertain. Thanks for being the only one not to call it "Geisha."

"There was no how" is good! I'm pleasantly surprised after I picked up a 4-pack on a whim. I just wanted an IPA without lactose and not a fan of Cabbage...

 

The verdant collab seems to be sold out ugh
