Apparently not. Getting mixed opinions from people in line.

 

the separate line is for BBT pickups. to-go and on-site / draft are the same.

 

Shock. Dirtbags left piles of bottles out on pic tables, barrels, ground.

Just ban it already.

 

Out of towners not familiar with being respectful?

 

the shocking part is who’s pregaming before drinking 15% stouts?

 

Ugh, I did that last year on Saturday when I had plans later in the afternoon, was not a good idea

 

At MV release people were cleaning up and left a spotless parking lot at the brewery. No need to ban sharing, just need more trash cans.

 

So when there aren't enough trash cans the appropriate action is to just leave bottles strewn about for someone else to clean up? Makes sense.

 

It's kinda hilarious that no one can put empties back in their backpacks....

 

I completely agree even though we’re probably shitting on FIBs here.

And I posted what I did when I walked by a picnic table full...right next to a 1/3 empty trash can. Clearly had lined them up / left them out on purpose to show the dumb beers they drank before going in to pound 15% ones.

I’m curious — is anyone who does this (i.e. litters) willing to just admit to it here and explain why you didn’t feel it your responsibility to find a trash can.

 

Also essentially no line at brewery so whoever it was who said the right move was to wait for the first wave to disperse wins.

 

I approached the group that was responsible for the bottles on the table to inquire about there being a separate line for sunset bottles vs just trying to drink. They were standoffish and rude. Class A shit lords. I’m sure they got plenty of pictures of their trash that nobody gives AF about.

 

Will be at The Cellar tomorrow at open. If anyone is looking to split a bottle of BBT and/or D13, just bug me when there. I’ll be there solo, wearing grey Trillium cap.

Walked in around 3:30, only a few people in front of me to order, was able to secure a table within 30 minutes. My group bought several bottles and the awesome people next to us gave us all of their unfinished ones when they left, which included an almost full double barrel port-thank you and may good beer karma come in your future whoever you are!

After going Tuesday and yesterday I can say there is no reason to show up early and wait in line

 

Yea, I was shocked it was so packed at both places at open since they’ve said there are no surprises. If you showed up mid afternoon or later it was money.

 

Heading down tomorrow early afternoon, have the sunsets bottles been lasting a while?
