    Have a nice Saturday BA. Bought my first Steam game in years tonight, now that I fixed my desktop. Was looking around the $5 games list and got Payday 2. Will probably get a few more before the sale ends. Borderlands 2 is going to be another one. Also got a good PSX emulator and BIOS, so I have been playing Crash Bandicoot for a while tonight. Nothing going on for me today.

    Mikkeller SD Freddie Murkury. Fantastic NEDIPA. Lasting rocky head retention/thick foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of huge tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, and pine hops; with wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toasted malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, minty, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; very creamy/bready/grainy malts, some sticky/resinous/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing resin bitter dryness; no cloying/astringency. Very smooth/soft, not aggressive, minimal warming 9.2%. Fantastic Simcoe, Mosaic profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hops; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Spot on stuff as usual! Loved the hop profile as expected. 4.23

    Rich dark mahogany color with light tan cap and lacing.

    Aroma of dark roasted malt with some layers of dark fruit and a touch of spicy hops.

    Taste is rich and dark with the same threads found in the scent. There is a sense of ripe dark fruit along with roasty malt. A complex brew with the multi layered flavors of a true classic.

    Texture is medium full with balancing carbonation.

    Proud member of the Doppelbock Aristocracy. Beautiful dark color, enticing aroma, full malt flavors that almost outrun my thoughts as I attempt a description. Just a beautifully balanced, complex flavor.

    I agree! I shared a bottle yesterday and everyone loved it, but I thought it was much better than previous years!
