My beers have been in a cellar or refrigerator since purchase. It really makes a difference. I have a 15 and two 16s left that I will probably drink within the year. Cheers!

You need more meat brutha. Another one of my recipes, a carry over from last night.

    Pollo Candente (Sizzling/Glowing Chicken)~

2 lbs. Rough chopped chicken breast or thighs
1 lbs. Package sliced white mushrooms
1 half rough chopped yellow or white onion
    My Mexican seasoning

Olive oil in a large nonstick skillet, medium high heat.

Add chicken and saute until about halfway done, then add onion.

    Continue cooking for 4-5 minutes.

With juices still in the skillet, add mushrooms and seasoning mix.

Continue cooking until sauce and contents thicken. When cooked to desired tenderness, turn burner down to low.

Spread out contents evenly in skillet and add cheese of choice to melt.

    Turn off burner and serve.

Against my better judgment here goes. Physic class we used T squares. As an accountant in the 1970's we used 21 column manual spreadsheets to prepare financial statements.. You actually had to understand math to do it.

Cut my heels on mainframe programming. Took Fortran and Cobol in college. You will have to research what they are. As an auditor, was on the cutting edge back in the day of using technology to audit organiztions.. In those days no such thing as a PC. Just a terminal with access to the mainframes.

Before Excel, there was Lotus. I wrote many a program used in our organiztion. Life has since passed me by. But, I use Excel to track my investments and to get a picture of my financial status.

Now, I drink beer (good beer my friend) and watch as folks make their way.

Have a good weekend. You are a good guy. You know the drill. No drinking and driving.

I just played it a bit - I can see where it would have been fun to play. I liked Advent because it was so free form. You could just type in your commands and see how they were interpreted.

If you have a Windows PC, you can download it from the Windows Store:

I was just messing with it:

Geniunely interesting, as someone who still uses excel regularly for work! Cheers!

As for drinking and driving, one would first need to own a car for that...

Tonight is the big annual Firestone Walker tap takeover at a local watering hole. 30+ taps, tons of wild and barrel aged witchcraft, the Lion, David Walker in the house, it's good times. Forgot to grab a pic of my first pour of Maple Parabola, which I'd been wanting to try since I heard it was a thing. Oh well. This Nitro Black Forest though... They somehow snuck this keg out of the brewery, and it's incredible, like a perfect black forest cake cocktail. Definitely never had anything like it before, don't know if I ever will again, so I'm savoring it.

Having a Torpedo - my last one and possibly my last beer of the evening - that's still open to self negotiation.
