    I am sure I could, but it’s at least a two hour drive for me, and I am not going to try to pull some kind of salvageable food from the Potomac, I regularly hike along the Potomac and the things I see makes me so sad...

    I've heard the horror stories. My best friend since 4 years old spent about 20 years in Virginia Beach. He says you're better off turkey hunting back there than eating the seafood.

    I'm not usually a huge fan of Barleywines, but I quite enjoyed this quite American example of the style due to an excellent balance of sticky sweet and resinous, bitter notes, as well as a distinctive walnut presence that never feels too artificial despite extract being used here.

    I usually pass on seafood from the James other than oysters from the mouth of the river. I reckon I am still worried about all the kepone a company dumped into the river in the 1970s and probably before.

    They say the kepone is now in the river bed other than in the water. I hope they are right. That is where we get our drinking water.
