OK, OK, I'll have something else. This beer hasn't always been cloudy, but it's always been good. Cheers!

Down the road at Something Brewery for their 4th anniversary bash. Cotton Candy Haze in the glass which is their staple hazebro Haze & Juice brewed with cotton candy. Not bad and I taste what they did, but some beers need to be left alone.

Absolutely gorgeous sunrise, and you can't go wrong with a good minestrone soup - especially in this cold weather. Cheers bro!

Good stuff all around, very solid BA stout. Maple syrup and vanilla but not too sweet, has quite a bit of a bitter finish to it, so it's a great balance for those who aren't keen on overly sweet pastry stouts. 4.05 out of 5, cheers!

From the label: "Jimbo spent 18 months in deep, dark exile at the Long Trail cellars; aging in Chardonnay barrels with a blend of wild yeast. During that time-period, our popular IPA crossed the line and evolved into a monster of funk with a range of tart, tempting flavors like orange peel, spice, oak and berries before it was exhumed from the barrels and dry-hopped with Kazbek, Styrian Dragon, and Lemondrop hops to add even more complexity to this 9.1% barrel-aged imperial IPA."

Like most beer descriptions, some of that is true. It's certainly tart and funky, and the dry hops are pretty different from any 'clean' IPA I've had. I get a green tea flavor, along with some citrus and general fruitiness. I wish the ABV was lower, so I could drink more of it. I don't see Long Trail mentioned much here, but the brewery-only releases they've done recently have been great.

Back with Harpoon's Winter Warmer. The color (and body) of strong tea. No noticable nutmeg and very light cinnamon that strengthens as it warms. An okay beer, nothing offensive/nothing great.
