I’ve done it a handful of times most recently 2922 since I had traded one away. How many bottles were left?

The fridge looked to have a lot. I wouldn’t be surprised if they lasted to Saturday.

Totally agree with you. For me Twist was better. Without the barrel I felt like the chocolate was stronger. Super fudgy.

Preferred Washed Ashore to Boardwalk by quite a bit.

This is crazy. 350 cases sold out in 50 mins. When I got there, the limit dropped to 3 four packs

Drinking the Gravitational Party Wave right now.

Flavor profile reminds me of a lighter Sexier Fluctuation
    by District 96/EQ collab.

It's good beer, but now I'm kinda glad the limit was dropped by the time I got there.

Yo, I’m a long, long, long time lurker. And a bit of a math nerd, hence the name. So I’m trying to figure how they sold 350 cases in 45 minutes (it may have been faster, I was there at 12:45 and it had clearly sold out before that). Let’s be super conservative, assuming everyone maxed out (and we know they lowered limits) 350 cases, 2 POS systems, they sold a case every 15 seconds. That doesn’t happen in any line that I’ve ever been in.

Not the end of the world, after all it’s only beer, and I walked out of there with party wave, evening bell, Sunday, 2922 in my trunk, and a bunch of pours in my belly so life is good. It is great PR for Conclave, and I’m in their corner. But something seems off with the math.

Maybe I got trolled with the 350 # (treefiddy get it?) but this number came from Kane personnel. Still, even if its in 200-300 case area, it's ridiculous how fast it sold out.

I can't wait till Conclave opens up their new spot. Everything I had from them was phenomenal. I love Stouts and IPA's, but their Norwegian style Farmhouse Ale stands out for me.

Yeah this doesn't make sense. Too many other options available too...meaning people walk up, say "I will have one case of GW, an overhead 4pk and a head high 4pk." They stack me, run your card and you go. That's at least 2 mins right there. No way they sold 350 cases in 45 mins.

Anyway, not sure 350 cases makes sense anyway. 350 cases of 16 oz cans = approx 50 barrels. What vessel is 50 barrels?

    Whatever. It's gone.

Disappointingly, it's not that great anyway. Had higher hopes.

Agreed. Conclaves gravitational waves is considerably better than the Collab. I live in Point Pleasant but work about 15 minutes from Conclave and stop there almost every Saturday after work for a beer or two and a growler. They definitely fly under the radar for how good their beer is. Looking forward to the new location. Tim said it's close to the current one so I'll definitely still be a regular visitor.

I'd agree with this, I think both party wave and GWaves on their own are both better than the collab. Missed the cans but got a pour of it there.

From past experience, and in my opinion, collabs are never as good as originals. Yet they still always seem to draw lines, it’s an interesting thing.

It’s the novelty factor. But IMO you can’t improve on Gravitational Waves anyway.
