I loved last years Ryeway. What made this years different in your opinion?

Cool, I'll take your offer and call you judgmental. Outside of the weather argument, which affects the kid's safety, so anyone would agree with that, the rest of the arguments against kids at breweries are laughable.

My kid has already been to releases in 5 different states and he just turned 9 months old. I'll keep taking him with me and you guys can keep crying about it.

Sounds like you know a thing or two about getting wasted at a brewery then? Definitely the type of person who should be giving advice on where to take your children.

 

I'm not arguing against kids at breweries. I've had my kids in breweries and brewpubs. I'm arguing against kids from newborn to 2 years old, being outside in the winter, for a fucking beer release, standing in line for hours. You're a terrible parent if you've done that, sorry. Just like the assclown at Central Waters Black Gold double-fisting BA beer, with a 6 month old infant in a baby bjorn, when it's 35 and snowing, is a terrible parent.

Where did I argue against kids being in breweries?

 

If you want to bring those weak immune system, biological time bombs into my places of recreation and get me sick, the least you can let me do is give your significant other the clap....

BA is a bit like baseball. Just about every day you'll see something you've never seen before.

 

Blending is an art form. And debatably one that takes more skill than brewing.

Also, Cantillon's barrel program isn't well rounded, they haven't even attempted a BA IPA yet.

 

It's about getting experiences and socializing. You know, something 90% of this community can't actually do, outside of the internet. There's a reason the meme's of barley bois are ones that portray fat, hairy, single men.

 

I actually didn't mean to post this. I was going to make this reply yesterday and add more to it, but decided against it. Didn't realize I had a draft saved when I quoted the other message. So my very debatable comment is debatable.

 

Luckily the release in January will probably start the debate right up again for us!
