It sounds like the OP is looking for a concise list of breweries, not a series of long discussion threads. I’m sure there are plenty of people here who can provide that.

Depending on your driving route, and if not too far off your path, I would add Civil Society in Palm Beach/Jupiter and Calusa in Sarasota to your list.

 

For the Orlando and Tampa threads the first posts are concise lists. The rest is just people asking more in depth questions. Good starting points for planning a trip.

 

If near South Florida/Pompano Beach/Ft Lauderdale and into sour beers I highly recommend Odd Breed Wild Ales. Outstanding beers.

 

I would add Unseen Creatures in Miami before the hype bubble bursts (if it hasnt already) have enjoyed all of their offerings. world class in my opinion

 

I just checked out Unseen Creatures, for just opening I think its very good stuff. Hope they have a bright future ahead of them. They are also doing a bottle release tomorrow (Collab).

 

Ellipsis in Orlando is solid, worth a stop.
