Goose Island (2019)

    Goose Island can be so polarizing. I'm tempted to jump on the bandwagon and be mad that they are sellouts and BCBS has been hit or miss. But I enjoy supporting the original staff that remain at Clybourn and am super impressed by the story behind Lost Palate. They do seem to have a tight culture for employees.

    This is more or less how I feel. It sucks that it's an AB-InBev brand now, but there's still a pretty good "local" feel to the brewhouse and taproom.
