    We didn’t see any street music, last time there Jackson Square was all music and vendors, Bourbon St was music of all kinds, It was really great. You cant find jazz or blues in the French Quarter, at least from what I saw, you have to go out of the area. Now it’s too many local drunks and bums passed out on the sidewalks in the ally’s , con men harassing you. If I was a restaurant or a bar owner I don’t want these guys passed out on my doorstep. NO needs to clean that shit up, it looks bad and it’s bad for business. I guess the cops don’t give a shit but it’s a black eye. Imo Charleston is infinitely better, it’s closer, but the lodging is much more expensive as are the restaurants. But there’s no real music history here, but the architecture is stunning.
