    Starting a thread at 3:30 am (when others are still drinking, possibly) when you're ending your night? Isn't the most feasible if I may be so bold...

    I'm just sayin': most nights, given the time differential, the WBAYDN thread gets reset about 9pm my time. Thus my surprise, nay shock, that it was past 12am my time, and the daily thread hadn't been started yet.

    Long holiday weeks are rough on people.

    Afternoon drinking at Gollem Craft Beer bar...first up, “Twisted Kipper” IPA by De Kromme Haring, Utrecht, NL:

    Ok IPA, but the Trois yeast throws off a strong cheese odor...

    Next, “Dubbelbock” on tap from Zeeburg microbrewery, Amsterdam:

    Caramel malt sweet nose/tongue. Figs and sweet date paste in a puff pastry. Nice - Cheers from chilly Amsterdam!
