Bottle Logic Brewing (2020)

They've posted videos on their socials showing that construction is (finally!) happening. So far the floors have been dug up and routes for piping laid. I'm sure they'll do everything in their power to get it done as quickly as possible, however I wouldn't be surprised if they did a "grand opening" sort of thing for this year's WOL (in March).

With the BL expansion finally happening and Modern Times opening up soon after 3 years of delays, it’s gonna be a great year for beer in Anaheim.

 

Direction for the year? Probably anything and everything to do with the expansion, more gastronomical exploration, and perhaps working on sours or other styles of beer, plus keeping their barrel program in top shape.

 

The direction I want them to go in for 2020? More dogs in the taproom.

haha, isn't that the truth. I always have to stand if I stay for a 1 taster.

 

My direction for BL this year is to step foot inside the tasting room. I haven’t visited since year 1? Or is it year 1 1/2? Nothing against BL. Just wish they brewed more ipa’s or better IPA’s.

 

So true. I went on Christmas Eve during their early opening hours so I could try FF since it was too crowded the weekend before. It was so nice to have space in the tasting room. That day was probably the longest I've hung out in the tasting room in a couple years.

 

Same ... due to the limited space, I pickup bottles & head straight to Green Cheek ... their tasting room is truly a pain in the a$$ ... Week Of Logic is easier to navigate, ARGH

 

You probably already knew I was going to say this, but their one-off WCIPAs are always pretty good. Hazies, are just average.

 

Agree. But haven’t had Recursion or Double Actuator in long time. My next visit to Brewery X I’ll have to stop in BL.

 

I haven't had those in years, either, lol. They could be AMAZING now for all I know. I generally just stick to Stasis stuff and the one-offs, though lately I've been leaving without any pours at all due to how crowded it's been.
