    Finally drinking again after recovering from a nasty virus that took down my whole family over the last couple of weeks. Probably won’t have a lot and will ramp it up more the next couple of nights.
    Have had my share of Prairie sours and got away from them a bit after I felt like they had started to underwhelm a bit. I taste the the lime, juniper, and pineapple and it works. Not really getting the strawberry.

    Roughhouse Brewing (San Marcos, TX) Sorid Nature Dark Saison- tonight had it from a bottle but also had it on tap at the brewery. Either way, an excellent beer!

    Clown Shoes Banshee and the Beast(something like that). It's delicious, and reminds me of all the reasons I quit drinking Imperial stouts years ago. Too easy to enjoy, but too strong to enjoy more than one. But when my son buys me some for Christmas how can I not drink it?

    Another from Long Live Beerworks tonight...this is their Anniversary 3.8 imperial stout brewed with Brazilian coffee and maple syrup. I tend to shy away from sweet/pastry stouts, but this is an incredibly fine take, with the coffee adding enough roast to keep the rest of the beer from a more sickly sweetness. Cheers, all!
