CCB's website just updated with their core and seasonal beers for 2020. Lots to spell out here and I'm on mobile, but for the cores it looks like Tocobaga and Lager are completely out and replaced by Florida Man and Margarita Gose, and Invasion is now a Q1 seasonal. Gonna go scoop up a sixer of Tocobaga from Publix tonight before it disappears.

Thanks for posting the calendar. Surprised to see Invasion being a seasonal.

Anyone try the new Florida Man recipe?

Invasion becoming seasonal makes sense, Guayabera and Invasion take up a similar space and Guayabera has been selling better. According to CCB's Instagram, the new Florida Man isn't quite available yet, but should be in the "coming weeks".

    Agreed, I myself prefer Guayabera

Might as well get this out of the way before someone starts the asks the question and there are 5 pages of posts arguing about it.

zhukov is the base for hunahpu.

    Because people will still ask

    Edit: Zhukov draft only?

From the look of the release calendar it looks like it. I know it sat on shelves in distro. Makes sense to just send it in keg form, means more accounts get it.

Told that they're just waiting on the health inspector to open at this point, and it'll probably be a little while until the food is up and running, it'll just be beer only for a few weeks-a month.

Ah, I'm sad to see Tocobaga go. Whatever they put on shelves is gold though anyway, so I'm okay with some change. They are a craft brewery after all. As long as they never stop putting Jai Alai out!

I believe the tasting room opened yesterday on a soft opening basis.

In addition to the beers currently listed on their site, The Benwood Hazy DIPA is planned for Q3, and "Low ABV Jai Alai" (name not final) is planned for Q4.

I've never been a fan of session IPAs, but if anyone can make one I like it would be them. I'll be interested to see how that is.

I really like Fancy Papers, their new NEIPA.

Does Florida Man have a new recipe, or just a redesign like everything else? I haven’t had it since it came in the 22oz bottle years ago.

But I have not tried it so I can’t comment on how it is

If jai alai is within 6 weeks of canning, its delicious. I live in Ga and cant find it fresh at all even in 12 packs.

hi all - visiting your area in April , and wondering if Hanahpu might still be on draft at that time?

    cheers!
