If you haven't done so already, I'd email the company and alert them to your incident. I think they'd want to know so that they can investigate the incident. Maybe the alloy doesn't do well with the acidic beer, or maybe the curing instructions are faulty and need to be revised.

FWIW, when this happened to me the doctor told me that alcohol is the most common cause to set this off, and usually combined with some level of dehydration. Drink plenty of water, folks.

For IPAs/any hop-forward beer, I rotate through a SA Perfect Pint, a Spiegelau IPA glass, a Rastal Craft Master 1, a Stone branded (gargoyle) Imperial nonic, and a couple of tulip pint glasses. All used year-round. But, if there was one glass I would really mourn if it broke, it would be this one...

even though I only use it for stouts and barleywines, which I only drink for ~6 months out of the year. I have other snifters and tulips, but this is the one I go to most often.

Wow I was not expecting to see a BreWskey glass on here! It's an awesome venue, just a 4 minute walk from my apartment, shame their stuff is pretty unknown. They're brewing a lot of very awesome beers!

yeah i was only in town very briefly but stayed nearby and went in on two separate occasions, really enjoyed the vibe, beer and people. Look forward to returning before too long, I hope! Didn’t partake but the whiskey list was also impressive and tempting.

I don’t have a Thistle glass, I’ve never seen one of appropriate size, I’ve seen a few but they were enormous. I’d like to find 14 oz give or take.

Lol, would work for whiskey too, the schnozz would be imbedded in the glass, and vapors would burn your nose. I have two and I like them.

Looking at their line I think I like the longer stem of the red wine glass. I have a few red wine glasses that I like for beers. But all their glass imo is incredible.

Awesome pics! My favourite one is the second pic but with over 1000 glasses you owe us many more pics!

If you follow WBAYDN thread at all - you will see many of my glasses.....the vast majority of these are in my dining room - with 6 racks filled with them - also have some in my kitchen and some in storage! Biggest problem with this many glasses is where to display them!
    Cheers!

Ohhh, nice exactly what I was looking for, the ones I’ve seen are maybe 24 oz, either way they were ridiculously big. Great price too.

Remember when New Belgium used to give away 2 globe glasses at Christmas? I think, if I recall, only had to pay minimal shipping costs, or vice versa-cheap glasses and free shipping. I think I have 3 sets of them somewhere.

If your post is essentially a pick-up line, I think you're going about it the wrong way. You better keep that collection kind of secret until you have her hooked.

If not for that promotion, I probably wouldn’t have ordered my first pair and discovered one of my favorite all-purpose glasses. The NB globe and Duvel tulip are my clutch players in the cabinet.
