Damon '19 for Pallbearer '19. 2:2 Thoughts on this?

 

Yeah listen to these guys. Hill Farmstead is a tough one to gauge values on. I stand corrected about the batches.

 

I had the DB Huna b2 a year after it was released and loved it. One of my top 5 of whatever you can call that style. It's gonna be harder to land and more over it's prob a gamble not getting one of those green pepper bottles. I def don't think it is an infection think but additionally I wonder how a stout like that ages if it's a "good bottle". It's gotta be going on ~4 years?

 

Is B1 or B2 meaning batch 1 and 2?
The good news is I don’t really know what I’m missing with all the variations on the great beers. Especially with the big stouts there’s so many different versions with special releases, ingredients, and years.

 

I’ve kept track of HF Ann trades in the past, there were a handful posted. Any idea where it is now, 2019 release, relative to trading it for stouts like BBT batches and Derivations? Thanks.

There was a post on dec 19th ISO Ann and was offering d13 + BBT b3 + morning vibes. It did not close.

Besides the offer I quoted, I have not seen much either way for Ann. I expect the value to be just around an eagle rare 17. If you are not familiar with bourbon, look that one up on Wine searcher.

 

2pp @ $25 per for Pallbearer. Haven't had any HF stouts so honestly not familiar with their value and what is hard to get but was approached with the trade.

 

Seems reasonable. This latest Damon was 2pp/$30 (500 ml bottle).

I always view these as basically 1:1. Same limits, similar price tag, willing trade partners. Maybe a couple of Veil cans to even out money, but if they came to you, seem to be fine with the difference.

Still not sure Ill try, but would a Lou Pepe Gueuze (2009 sticker) + Fundamental Forces b2 pull a Maman 2019? To me the LPG should be enough, but I would think the Maman side needs to win.

I would love to try a big boy stout, but part of me thinks it may not be worth it. Maybe I should just trade the FF b2 for a few bottles of Central Waters 22 instead......

That's really surprising. I've had it 3 separate times and for me dbHuna b2 was just trash.
