All things Fieldwork for the calendar year 2020.

Personally hoping for continued online can presales, less batch variability, new tasty clear hoppy recipes, and more brown ales. Paging Chocolate Milk (on nitro) where the hell have you gone?

Australian distributor please! Consider a Brewsvegas event at Brewski for an Oz launch!

LOL how about Texas/Houston first! I visited their Napa location over the holidays and it reinforced my past experience that these guys make excellent beer.

More haze please!!!! They make great hazy beers! They make great traditional (non-hazy) IPAs too. I look forward of more of both from them!

Im not a fan of their hazy beers anymore, they have an off taste that I cant put my finger on.

With that being said, more barrel aged stouts and westcoast hoppies and a lager or two please!

Solid start to the year by Fieldwork on cans - this batch of Future So Bright is very nice, and Neonic is pretty decent as well. Hopefully they have things figured out now by having cans available both at the taprooms as well as online with more reasonable limits like they did this time.

Just saw an article that Fieldwork Sacramento is going to do some remodeling and expand about 3x its current size. I assume whatever was next to it (not Zocalo) closed to make this expansion happen?

Nevermind. Saw another article that said Press Bistro closed next door giving them the room to expand.

This should be good. They have a small kitchen on the new side. Possibly pizzas upcoming.

Outdoor patio will also be bigger.

I agree, this sounds fantastic!!! So looking forward to it! Now, if they could do something about parking, they might not be able to get me to leave! Ha! Cheers!!!

parking around there for out of towners is rough, at least until 8 I believe, when the signs allow more non permit parking

There is some non-metered parking a few blocks away on 18th by N street.... but yeah...be prepared to WALK A BIT...lol.... Some metered parking on 19th between the alley and N Street.

I used to go a lot at lunch time, but parking is just brutal now with all the restaurants, local business + government offices in the area.

I usually go right before they open on weekends or a little after and am able to find parking within 1-2 blocks without having to search too hard. But even if you have to walk a couple more blocks, it’s in a nice neighborhood. Just sucks if you’re picking up a ton of cans or crowlers though.

Speaking of...If you’re only there to pick up a growler/Crowler or cans they have parking right out front limited to 15-20 min I think. I’ve been lucky on a few occasions to park in those spots.

yeah this has been me many times........also when it's dark and cold, occasionally also raining.

One thing about that short term parking directly in front: I've taken pics of several exotic sports cars parked there over the years

Haha on the dark, cold, and raining in Sac . . . just a gentle ribbing, I used to live in NorCal and come to Sac several times a year. Now that I'm in NYC, I long for California "winters."

You know the answer to that question, David! When I'm there, I drink as much Pliny and Alvarado St. as I can. When I was in Sac over Christmas, I even found Beachwood cans at one of the better bottle shops.
