    Tripel d’Anvers - I woke up with an aching back and called my osteopath who sadly doesn’t work on Saturday afternoon. I have an appointment Monday around noon at least. In the meantime, I can only rest and have very few boozes...

    Instead of the obvious choice of a musical pairing with this beer, I am going with a song that at first just seemed silly, but has grown on me for being very catchy.

    May I suggest routine stretching exercises or routine yoga? It helped me back in the day.

    Good day BAs! It rained all day yesterday and now most of the ice and snow reside in the Allegheny river. Today's New Breakfast Beer:

    I must say, nicely hopped but lacking any malt characteristics. One and done. (Although a five bucks a bomber, what could I expect?)

    Really enjoyable beer here with some nice flavors. Looks great except for the non-existent head and/or lacing (gone 30 seconds after the picture). Cheers all & enjoy your Saturday!

    Both could help and I’ll look into it - just took a short afternoon siesta/nap and coffee and feel better already.

    Some days I do....My favorite hill has been open 40 plus days.... and some days it is a challenge to avoid hitting the 'dirty diaper' or 'Lake Midhill' while descending!
