    August Schell's Grain Belt Blu......A pretty good fruit beer, subtle flavors, but mixes well, not overdone.

    New Park Brewing - Double Wavelength

    A new-to-me beer. It's certainly one of those beers that seems like a caricature of a New England IPA, but to be fair, that likely just means it's a great example.

    Slow day at the beer bar today, I see. This is my Saturday, so who knows, maybe I'll treat myself to a bottle. The question is, what kind of day is it? Barrel-aged barleywine? Barrel-aged imperial stout? Wild? Lambic?? SAISON QUAD OLD ALE STRONG ALE FRUIT AND FIELD?????

    If ever there was a first world problem...

    Made my night to hear this. I am chompin at the bit to get back into the gym. Separated my AC shoulder joint (do not ask how this happened--it is too emarrasing). Seeing an orthopedic surgeon this Wednesday. I hope to get back to the gym. The babes miss me! Ok, a bit of an exaggeration.

    That was a great album as well - I like the dreaminess of the Future Games album though. Dan Kirwan played on both albums though and he was one of my favorite FM guitarists. Passed away way too early.

    [​IMG] These guys are more misses than hits and this batch is missing a lot from last years. Flavor in the nose is what you want, but body and flavor is missing a few things.
