Definitive Brewing Company (2020)

    Definitive has been solid since it opened a little while back, but I feel like they’ve been on fire recently with their sours. The Double Fruited Portals series and Euphoric Nights variations have been absolutely fantastic. Even though the double fruited beers have only been available on two occasions and only in crowlers, I’m happy to see them finding ways to have it available outside the taproom.

    Hadn’t seen a Definitive discussion in a while, but was interested to hear others’ thoughts.

    When I first read about Definitive, they seemed like well-funded upstarts and the whole thing came off as a bit disingenuous to me. I didn't really expect it to take in a crowded market.

    I was clearly wrong in that way and honestly, their beer is pretty damn good. They've managed to scale up quickly, too, and still put out a really good product.

    Big fan of what they're doing overall.

    Definitive is quickly becoming one of my favorite breweries and a lot of their offerings are available locally to me in MA. All of the beers I’ve had have been fantastic from the IPA’s to the Sours.
