A higher count of 250 bottles. So naturally 60% of their allotment goes to the first 50 people.

Hopefully this thread will bring out those old school haters from way back in the 10's we all knew and loved...

Are they even releasing different beers anymore? Or do they just re-bottle the same BS over and over and keep raising the price to see which fools fall for it still?

Easy release. Brought my lawn chair out 5 hours before it was to start and came back with my children right in time to buy my bottles (don't worry I left them in my truck). Tastes like the last few releases, but I'll rate it a 7/5 ultra hype and looking to sell my extras.

This is not barrel aged and that is the price? Are there moon rocks in it? Good on them if they can get that but that is kind of a joke IMO.

Agreed. If they can sell their syrup for that much, more power to ‘em. The people that buy it are the dumb ones.

35 for a non- barrel aged stout? Who do they think they are Horus? I’ll give the $20, final offer and even that is high.

At this point, is there even a difference between the two breweries?

Not when we have killer breweries like MT and HPB who make better beers at half the price.

Opened a bottle last night and was surprised. I definitely thought the cinnamon would have been a bit over powering, but it is very subtle and goes well with the other adjuncts. Definitely a step up from Tres I had a while ago, but at the price, I understand why some would not be down with it. To each their own though. :beers:

$35 buys "subtle" adjuncts? If I wanted subtle I would buy my stouts at safeway

I think he was referring specifically to the cinnamon.

Forgive my ignorance or not searching longer than 5 minutes on the internet. Do these guys actually have a physical brewery or do they have a building secured and are in the process of building something? Are they just gypsy brewers? Are they rich dudes who love syrupy sweet adjunct stouts and only brew with the "cool kid" brewers that are like minded? Their website has nothing. Their FB is the same beer being released but just a different brewery who made it for them with a slight difference in alcohol and adjuncts added for each batch.
Most of what I have heard about them is in the last thread that was wildly entertaining but was all over the place.
Genuinely curious on what they are. Cheers.
