Cost Plus has a nice bite if anyone's looking for OH IPA that's sharper than usual. Tried the Velvet Nougat, pretty typical pastry stout.

 

Dude. You know how this works. They could literally shit in a barrel, add some banana (wild Thai, obviously) and age it until next years Anny, call it Banaversary Kopi Luwak edition and the line would start on Friday morning. 7th Anny cans will last until Tuesday, of course.

 

no surprise there. The single yellow chroma last summer was delicious.

Welcome Chris... we need more people in this thread who don’t hate on the Nelson. It’s flavor is seemingly as misunderstood as our generation’s most emotionally nuanced bully that it’s named after.

$4/4oz, that's cheap when they were selling it for $28/17oz. You're saving 65¢ an oz buying it in the tap room.

As a basic white guy with a beard, named Kevin, and from the midwest, I feel the need to clear the air here. It was definitely not me - the gun or the missing person from 2019. I'm pretty chill on the rar occasion I get in a beer line.

So does anyone know what happened to the real Kevin? I could only go so far down that rabbit hole. This feels like the real story here.

Kevin was found sleeping in his car IIRC? Other Half then printed We Found Kevin on the bottom of cans of Double Citra Daydream.

And just to add I met his mate somewhere in Queens so that they had the “special edition” Kevin cans to memorialize the occasion

Lots of talk on the Facebook group about how Lake Ronkonkoma has an account with Other Half now and they pick up cans and bottles Friday night. Pretty disappointing if true that they’d do business with such a shitty bunch.

 

Have you seen their Instagram lately? They clearly resell on OH behalf. Also - OH doesn’t give a shit about anything other than money, think they’ve made that obvious.
