    I'm not optimistic we're going to hear anything further from @Avelasquez80 (he hasn't been on BA for over 14 weeks now), but the agreement was that we would wait till the end of March, on the off chance he comes back online and provides some insight as to what's going on.

    If we don't hear anything further by then, either @dmbforever or myself will ask @Todd to retire his account.

    @Todd. This is a thread we kept open for the past couple of months, hoping the perpetrator (@Avelasquez80) would at some point respond to this thread and explain himself. The decision was made to wait till the end of March for this, but unfortunately, to date we've heard nothing. In fact, it looks like he hasn't been on BA since November. This guy is a multiple offender (as this thread makes clear), and at this point it's our recommendation that his account be retired on BA.
