Looking back, I gave Cinnabilly a 3.41. Was I too generous that day?

Wow I gave Cinnabilly a 3.75. Ginger In The Rye is my lowest rated Short's brew out of 343 Short's brews tried.

Cinnabilly, Gingersnap- not very good. Mr Fusion may have been my least favorite, though. Would be amazed if that made it back.

    Big fan of Dan's.

I have no recollection of trying Mr. Fusion. That said, it looks so awful I am almost curious to try it.

Not a bottle release, but I want to mention it because it's a style I love and it actually took me a minute to get the name at first.

Richard in the Dirt is on tap at the pub and out in the wild. Got an alert through that other beer app that at least a couple places have are serving it fresh. If you're a fan of tripels, this one is pretty decent. And the timing (again coinciding with PGGB) strengthens my conviction that PGGB is a heavily hopped Richard.

I saw The Woodmaster (Imperial Brown Ale with maple syrup and toasted pecans) on the shelf at my store last night. i wasn't expecting it until later this week. I didn't get a chance to try it today but looking forward to it tomorrow.

Woodmaster is one of the best Shorts Brews in my opinion.

They usually don't release it until a month or less away which is frustrating

It hasn't been announced through the website yet, but since it hit Twitter and folks are already enjoying some, I wanted to make sure the Woodmaster release was given some attention:

For those new to Short's :

And yes, as @Cotton_27 said, it's one of the best Short's brews around. For all the attention Short's gives to IPAs, their line up of brown ales ain't too shabby either.

And here's a link to the Short's Cast episode featuring Bill Sohn discussing his work at Short's with Joe, including the Woodmaster name and a look at what is going on with the label (hint: it's not what it looks like)

I really wish this one was available outside of Michigan!

Looks like they moved the beer description/ingredients on the left of the label and moved it under "Woodmaster". Also they just call out maple syrup & pecans now instead of Michigan Maple Syrup & pecans. I wonder if they changed the recipe up slighty for the higher production the last two years.

What's weird is the language was moved on the six pack carrier but the bottle art still has it in the left with "Michigan maple syrup." maybe they forgot to change the label art, too?

Looks like another Our Family exclusive just dropped. Just snagged some dollar bottles of Magician at my local grocery store. A great surprise!

I hope they keep doing this, especially if it means seeing Citra Local's in 16 oz cans at Busch's.

Also looks like some of those stores got Neon Snowsuit back in November according to their beer finder. Would be nice to know these things a head of time.

Right? Not a mention on the website or Twitter (can't say if they're announcing these things on Facebook or Insta). I would've loved to grab some Snowsuit.

Maybe we should keep an eye out for Uncle Steve's, then just in case. It's about that time....

Neon snowsuit was a phenomenal beer, especially for a dollar a bottle.

It was my first craft beer when it was still called Black Diamond. Never had it in the bottle, only on tap at Ivan's.

After missing out on Neon Snowsuit, I decided to do a little digging in the COLA registry and saw that they just got some approvals for a Jameson Tiramisu and the long awaited Bourbon Cup of Joe!!!
