I have come across an untapped 20+ year old keg of Guinness, What should I do with it.

Return it for the keg deposit.

Guinness isn’t cellarable. It’s got like a 10 month lifespan, max. What’s the worst beer you’ve ever had? It’s about to be a 20 yr old Guinness.

As much as I agree, I’d still tap that shit. I’d still want to know, and yes would pay for a pour in a bar just to find out for myself. But I’m the guy who tried a billy beer so I don’t know.
