Man, it sounds like this guy is holding your family for ransom. Post two more times that this was a mistake and your fault and the trader is a great trader, if my assumption is true.

 

Early on I found this thread insufferable and painful to read but now I am in favor of it being left open indefinitely even after the mystery package arrives. Not sure I've ever seen a BT thread where both parties came off looking so bad.

 

I would actually like to see screenshots of these “threatening” texts before I jump to any conclusions here. There seems to be some issues in translation between private and public info.

 

the quote from the mods conversation made it pretty clear it was threatening. Cursing at him and demanding he clear his name.

 

Quotes from a BM is not the same as seeing the actual texts.

 

are you defending the guy who refuses to state his side of the story on here or prove his claims of having the box returned to him? I tend to believe the person who won’t stop talking.

My guess is texts/screenshots would back OP up completely. What OP is guilty of is allowing the guy to get away with so much, yet still insisting with something approaching Stockholm Syndrome levels of rationalising, that the guy is a good guy and doesn’t deserve any comeuppance for all this

Been watching this thread since it started and while it has been a grind at times. I'm happy to say once it's all said and done I'll be walking away with two things:

#1 - Some amuesement
#2 - Two new people to freshen up the DNT list

I’m not defending either party. All I’m saying is I’ve never heard of @bstyle until this thread . I’ve seen plenty of the OP around and not in the best of light is all .

Stories don’t seem to line up in previous threads and I’m curious to see if the texts are as bad as claimed .

 

Did you post anything remotely in disagreement with the OP in this thread? Chances are you’re now listed on his profile page DNT list. Ya bunch of meanies.

Good lord, this whole thread seems like a gigantic troll post with an eye toward stringing everyone along until April Fool's Day. Moving forward I'd trust dealing with either of these guys about as much as I trust 450 North's ABV formula.

Speechless on everything happened in this thread. OP needs to be given a time-out for all the havoc he has wreaked and besmirching some of us on his list. Many of us have been given time-outs for far less impactful acts than what OP has wrought on the community!

 

One of my first (first and only outside of here?) exchanges with this guy immediately conjured the phrase hand-wringing.

Happy to see it made multiple reappearances here.
