    Having a '12 KBS. It's sublime, becoming quite a different animal as it grows older.

    Fresh KBS, well, tis a thing of raw beauty. Now, it's got about nine months on it. It's softer. Muted: NO. Elegant. Smooth. Bourbon, chocolate, coffee. Greatness in a bottle. Balance. I love it!

    People: we're only like three months away from fresh KBS. Just thought I should share that.

    Enjoying my first Revelry Red Ale from Two Brothers. Very tasty.... close to Bells "This one goes...." if that's your thing.

    I now wish I had picked up a 6.

    In Memoriam

    24 oz can of ice-cold Mickey's Fine Malt Likker. I pondered whether to pour it into a tulip, a shaker or a mug. I soon realized it was best served from the original container, with a large dosage of Tupac. Swisher optional, but I'm goin' with a Marlboro.

    So, uh, my wife's cousin, a fellow BA, just gave me a couple Head Hunters after enjoying some BCBS on draft and a Kuhnhenn Parliament Funkadelish Raspberry. I am ashamed that I have never heard of this incredible IPA before. It is blowing my mind like Heady and Zombie Dust did the first time I had them. Whoa.

    This is why I drink craft beer. Cheers!
