I haven't brewed a batch since New Year's day or thereabouts, and still have some old beer. To liven it up for the St. Patty's season, I rechristened my Scottish export as an Irish Red and poured the first pint all over again.

Someday I will figure out the pictures thing. I have two, an Irish Red Ale which is too dark and the wife is drinking our Cranriander Wheat. I love the Cranriander but we are coming to the end of that batch and she doesn't like the Irish as much. It is good just a little more bitter than what I had expected and about two shades darker. Drinkable and thats what matters to me.

Self quarantined besides going to work at the hospital. If there was ever a time I needed beer it’s now. On tap is an ipa with citra and denali, brown ale, traditional pilsner. In the chamber is a west coast ip with chinook and citra and a kettle sour secondary on raspberries and blueberries. Really need to kill this brown ale but drinking alone it’s gonna take some time.

That one went into the keg on 1/22 for spunding. So it's been 8 weeks since then, but probably 7 weeks or so at true 'lager' time.

Extract imperial stout on tap, brewed back in October 2019, and aged for 3 months on oak cubes.

I will post pics again soon, but not sure if imgur has been showing my photos or not. Any other suggestions?

NEIPA w/ Idaho 7 & Amarillo. Fermented w/ Voss Kveik. I did all whirlpool hops on this and I really miss those earlier additions. Just is kind of 1 note and no bitterness. I also left out the oats, which I'm also not liking. Not a bad beer, but just kinda meh.

I've yet to have an all-whirlpool beer that I liked, and have stopped trying them. They just taste kinda flat, like fruit juice without the acidity.

Mexican Lager with Zappa hops. I experimented with this one. Fermented 53,55, then 57. Spunded with 6 points left. D-rest near my woodstove where room temps were 50-90. No off flavors and very tasty. Breaking the rules again.
