To our community - Due to public health concerns, we are making the following changes to mitigate crowding this weekend:

We will be releasing both Flutter and Lambo Door today.

Today, Friday March 13, we will be open for draft and package sales starting at 3pm. Taproom will close at its normal time, 12am.

Tomorrow, Saturday March 14, we will be selling to-go beer from our garage door from 10am-6pm.

The taproom will have normal hours tomorrow, from 12pm-1am. You will also be able to purchase to-go beer from inside the taproom, in addition to the garage door. -We will be limiting capacity and keeping a close watch on the number of occupants in our taproom so that everyone who wants to have a drink can do so comfortably and safely.

Please stay tuned as we continue to make adjustments and changes based on city, state, and federal mandates. Thank you for your patience and support. ❤

Had one today, a refreshing departure from the trend of softer/juicier IPAs that have been dominating for the past few years... counters nicely back to back with Lambo. I would certainly enjoy seeing it become a series.

Hi everyone, hope you're snug and healthy! Here's the latest, going into effect tomorrow 3/16:
    ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For the time being, we will be selling to-go beer only. We look forward to reopening the bar when it is safe for our staff and customers! Here is what you need to know:
    ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-This week (Mon-Fri): We will be selling to-go beer & merch from our taproom, 12pm-8pm. Yes that’s right, daytime hours! We will likely expand those hours this weekend, so please stay tuned for updates. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-It is our hardworking bartenders that will be selling you to-go beer. If you are local and healthy, then please consider supporting your bartenders and buy from our taproom. It is so important to take care of industry service employees during this time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Production is not stopping! We will continue to make exquisite beer for everyone! Some things to look forward to: Afterimage (DIPA), Today's Special Ekuanot (pale ale), Zonk (TIPA), Mimsy (barrel-aged sour w/ apricot & rose), Gold Dust Rush (barrel-aged sour w/ tamarind & black lime)...And so much more! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-We will be foregoing Saturday releases and instead will be releasing beer when it's good and ready. So please stay up to date with our social media platforms! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Again and again, thank you for your continued support. In a world of uncertainty, we are grateful to be able to look forward to fresh, fine beer.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of COVID-19, it was the age of Grimm on Caviar, it was the season of recession, it was the season of Afterimage delivered straight to your door.

I couldn't make it over there today, then I saw the Caviar post, then I saw my GFs apartment is outside of the delivery area... so sad

YUP, very sad Grimm isn't make it over to much of NJ via delivery.

I'm still holding out hope though.

Went to the brewery and picked up some afterimage and it is perfect. Born and raised in Williamsburg and don't see myself leaving anytime soon cheers

Caviar does, unfortunately. We still don't know what the delivery radius is, and we are paying attention to reports of where it is or is not getting delivered.

this is understandable, and unfortunate. can't really expect a service like caviar to travel across state lines into NJ (except for parts of JC and hoboken)

If it comes to USPS shipping, I will definitely be signing up.

That is what I assumed. We are in south brooklyn (bensonhurst area). Only 10 miles, but usually 25-30 with no traffic.

We would totally do that if it was legal. Since most of our sales were either through the taproom or via wholesale draft beer (now all gone), delivery and to-go are our lifeline. Thanks for all the support, everyone! We'll make it through this.

caviar delivery is huge for me honestly. i'm actually saving money as the uber back from Grimm to Crown Heights was always unreasonable and there's no mass transit available. hope it stays. you guys have made my quarantine much better! afterimage is sooo good rn. stay safe grimm girls and boys

They delivered to me in Park Slope yesterday. I would think that was beyond their radius, but apparently not.

Man, this batch of Afterimage is absolutely fantastic. It's juicy now and is going to be straight orange crush in a week or two. I'll definitely load up on more.

Are the Reverberation and Classic Rewind cans from January batches or have they recently been brewed again?
