Popped open up this NEIIPA from Stellwagen, Shock Waves. Gorgeous afternoon in Idaho. A few light yard chores and now chilling with this. Thick, citrusy, juicy, tiny flecks of sediment. Perfect right now....

Well I cannnot figure out how the hell to post a GIF so..... I know Untappd only allows one New Brew Thursday badge but I am an outlaw so here is another new brew.

I am a big Wicked Weed fan their beers have been consistent for years. This one Cherry Key Lime Burst would be a great summer pool beer. It is billed as a session sour, color is gorgeous great head retention and lacing. the nose is dusty cherry little funk, taste is similar little more lime to balance the cherry.

What Your Frame Of Mind Has Chosen from Trophy and courtesy of our beloved host @Dragginballs76 Pours a milky yellow with a massive white head that is befitting of our host. Smells of citrus and pine. Tastes of lemon, grapefruit, lemon rind, pine, grass and floral notes. Thanks Mike

Drank this today so it counts! Heavy on the fresh-squeezed OJ, light on the creamsicle, great mouthfeel. 4/5.

New brew #2 comes from my locals, Tired Hands. I’m not a fan of their insistence on pushing up the price bar for 4-packs (this one was $31/4), but when they’re this good...

    Memory Care - Imperial Stout
    4.3/5

Incredibly sludgy body. Pours like a blob of chocolate-covered amoeba. Smells just lovely, though...dark-chocolate covered pretzels come to mind. Taste continues the adult chocolate theme, with the addition of some subtle flowery lavender, caramel, and molasses, with some noticeable bitterness. Booze is present but is kept in check by the other elements. Is this worth the price? Debatable. I’m happy to have only bought 1 4-pack, despite my affinity for this tasty, tasty liquid.

Picked up a four pack of these for the name alone today, apologies in advance for sending one of you a subpar beer.
Actually a decent brew, citrus, pine, some candied fruits on the finish. 4/5[IMG]

Untitled Art has been doing a lot of fruited sours lately including their Fruit Smoothie #1 (collab with Ology) and Fruit Smoothie #2. They also did a collab with Arkane called Tribbleberry Fluff sour with fruit and marshmallow (in collab with Arkane. They are all great beers but the newest fruited sour I have found from them is Rainbow Sherbet

The beer contains orange, lemon, lime, raspberry, and lactose present in both the nose and taste. It hit 85F here today and I drank this after mowing the lawn and it was exceptional. All the flavors pop and the milk sugar is definitely present to smooth out the sourness. I would recommend this beer for anyone who loves fruit beers with a lot of sweetness.

16 oz can from Tavour. Thick, hazy, milky pour, tiny chunks of sediment, small persistent creamy head. Aroma is fruity, tropical first, supported by light citrus notes. Taste is a tropical blend with a hoppy tang. Something is adding lacto-ish notes throughout, which aids in the big creamy body of this beer. These NEIPAs are too damn easy to drink...

White Elm Permanent Saturday Key Lime IPA, 6.5% ABV. Pours clear orange with a half-finger white head that dissipated quickly and left no lacing. Nose is lime, taste follows, plus lactose, more sweet than bitter. Didn't detect any key. The belch tasted better than the beer somehow. Creamy and smooth but under-carbonated, almost flat. Overall, the best you can say is inoffensive.

Day four of my captivity. Running low on new beers to review, and I see there are some new releases I need to venture out for.

The only rule for this thread is to have fun. We’re drinking beer and trying to pass some time until we can visit our local breweries, bars, etc. Let’s not make this complicated like the other beer share threads.
