Just dry hopped 10 gallons of SN’s Resilience IPA, and turning up the temp to 68 for my Irish Blonde. I’ll probably keg Resilience Sunday or so

Made one of my best fruit beer recipes yesterday. It is a wheat ale that I haven't made in year but it has always come out very tasty. This version is getting put on to strawberries and I went with a slightly different hop profile of belma and citra to see if I could get hop flavor to match the fruit flavor.

Currently planning to sell my house and downsize so this may be my last brew for a while. Had to go through the hops in my freezer and throw out some of my oldest stuff. Sad to lose hops but had collected way too many hops!

Today - Dry hopping a couple of IPA's.

Tomorrow - brewing my first American Brown Ale. Very loosely based on the AP Brown because I'm using all gluten free malts and I can't use the same yeast. But, I approximated the malt profile as best I could. Using same hopping schedule and fermenting with
    S-04.

Currently replacing my beer lines, which are about a year old at the moment give or take.

Will be kegging up my Wit tonight that I brewed on Saturday, which will be ready to get into the keg for spunding later this evening about 3-4 points from FG. Will be carbing up to about 2.8 vols. Planning to tap this coming weekend.

Dry-hopped my hazy pale w/ Sabro and Mosaic this morning. Went 1.057 -> 1.022 in under two days with a healthy London III starter at 64F, so I'm actually DHing a bit late, but whatever. Had a nice fluffy green krausen when I opened it up.

A little late posting, but brewed my house IPA recipe last week (Citra, Simcoe, Chinook, Columbus) and a wild fermented Quad that will eventually see dried cherries and raisins.

First time using a mixed yeast combo on the IPA, Omega DIPA and British V. Smelling incredible already.

Quad recipe is one of my favorite beers I've made to date. Similar to Lost Abbey Cuvee De Tomme or BFM Bon Chien. Aged for 6 months on a mix of port and bourbon soaked spirals.

Thursday I should be bottling a Brett Pils lightly dry hopped with Saaz and a Brett Pale ale dry hopped with Citra and Pacific Jade.

Kegged up the Wit... FFT shows a FG of 1.012, finishing right on target at 5.2% ABV. Really dig the flavor profile, it came out really great! Can't wait to try this chilled and at it's proper carb level.

Just got a starter going for a Belgian IPA- Omega Saisonstein. Going to hop with Azacca, Amarillo, and some leftover Citra. Also adding some orange zest post fermentation. This will be the inaugural batch with my new Ss Brewtech brew bucket too. No more less than safe closed pressure transfers with glass carboys!
