    I have nothing but good things to say about Allagash, Little Brett was my first Brett and an eye-opener concerning diverse Beer styles in general. This was my gate-way brewery into the world of American-Belgian Beer.

    I replied to this thread because I was watching it as the title changed from Allagash Appreciation Thread to the correct format. The Mod's are watching over us...thanks.

    Allagash is juuuuuust far enough away that a drive up 95 just to pick up beer isn’t something I’d do. I say this mostly with resignation. I’ve driven up to reload on Allagash/Oxbow before, but typically I have the luxury to have a beer at one (or both) and get a good lunch in. Honestly, it’s a great 3-3.5 hour round trip. Few podcasts. Great lunch and a nice beer haul to dig into at home.

    This will change right? We will get sports back? We will get life back? Right? Right?!

    both allagash and Oxbow (same online provider it looks like) now have the option to buy now and pick up in the near future which makes this so tempting

    Yep, have been doing this with Bissell the past couple weeks. Now that these are out I will gladly be heading that way on Thursday

    Just announced: $1 12-packs of 19.2oz cans of White to anyone who holds a valid medical ID. Anyone who works in the field will be given 12-packs for $1.

    The $1 is also being donated to the Barbara Bush hospital. They mentioned they couldn't legally give the beer away for free so had to charge $1. They are a great organization.

    The standard in the industry, imo. Plus, none of the first responders and medical personnel had to pay for the beer, I know only a dollar, due to online donations that covered it.

    I’m going to crack and Allagash White tonight in honor of them. However to be fair I do not have many types of beer left do not go to the package store is frequently anymore...
