Breweries that are shipping during COVID

Hi-Wire Brewery in Asheville North Carolina. I forgot all the restrictions, but I know South Carolina is one.
However, if you live in North Carolina, no problem.
All of their beer is sublime.

I just ordered 8 16 oz cans of Dortmunder Lager. My 3rd order from Hi-Wire.

Not to be missed if you live in a zone.

Burial is shipping, I ordered a week ago and they called it will e here tomorrow (today). So 1 week, not bad.

Aslin in VA is also shipping. But I am within the delivery area. Ordered Wednesday and was delivered (contactless) within 24 hours!

 

Monkish was shipping to CA only. They are all out of stock now I don't know if they are restocking at all or just got rid of the old stuff they had on hand.

 

Jackie O's is shipping to OH, VA, D.C. and AK.

 

Alchemist is shipping Heady Topper and Focal Banger to Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and also saw a post that the Philly area is receiving some as well.

 

Any word on statewide in NY? I’m far north, out of reach of EQ, OH...

Any fellow Mississippians out there without a local brewery to pick up from looks like Adroit Theory will even ship to MS

 

Urban Artifact is now saying they can ship to Ohio, Vermont, New Hampshire, Nebraska, Nevada, and the District of Columbia. I think they would like to ship to more places, but a lot of that depends on the state laws in other states (for both shipping and receiving of certain alcoholic beverages).

I received the shipment from Burial yesterday. 2 bottles packed individually in tight bubble wrap, and 3 six-packs cans, everything tight with lots of packing peanuts. Very impressed. Fed Ex did not ring doorbell and obviously no sig...

 

Any idea why Jackie O’s would ship to Alaska? Seems unprofitable.

Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Washington.

 

"Unprofitable" - for whom? I take it this thread is about breweries "shipping" beer to individuals, since many breweries are still brewing and shipping their beer to their in- and out-of-state distributors and, where legal, self-distributing to retailers.

I can't imagine there is any brewer shipping beer via Fed Ex or UPS to individuals which is not going to additionally tack on a "Shipping" charge to at least cover the fees charged by those delivery companies.

 

I guess the proper question would have been who would pay for shipping to AK? You’re right JO wouldn’t lose money there.

I just did an order from Collective Arts in Hamilton, Ontario. There are sending 60 x 473ml cans to my door for a flat fee of $4.99. I live 250 kilometres away, so they must be losing money on the shipping, but it’s a great way to keep their beer “top of mind” while we progress through this situation.
