Bell's Brewery (2020)

Per Larry Bells comments in the ask me anything thread it sounds like BA expedition is going to be brewery release only. Put me down as extremely disappointed.

ISO a michigan trading partner I guess

 

This actually could be the most fair release possible- do an in person bottle release during the Covid-19 pandemic. Those who are willing to risk their lives for a bottle get first crack...and most likely will not be around for the next release freeing up space for those who missed out.

No. Simply alluded to it being released this year.

 

Appears Bell's new (to distro) NEIPA, Incessant, has hit IL stores. Anyone give it a try yet?

 

Will be sold in the general store online in the near future.

 

To clarify, that's ordered online for local pick-up only. Bell's doesn't ship beer.

I really like it & to clarify it is a DIPA....Bells Marketing is being cute with the "we finally brewed a NEIPA. Our twist? We doubled it". I'm not a huge fan of Official because it is hazy but I don't find it to have the juiciness that I like from my NEIPAs & I feel like Incessant does

It has been available online for General Store pickup for about a week now, I checked in my first can on 5/5/20

 

I believe the poster you're replying to is referring to BA Expo, not Incessant.

I believe @LarryBell said in the ask me anything thread it's going to see limited distribution. Obviously things change quickly these days so whether that still holds true is tough to say.

 

Just had my first Incessant tonight. Really like it. It won’t change your world but it’s definitely worth trying. As someone said, not very hazy, and I would say not overly fruity, but well balanced and easy drinking.

 

I'm really hoping for BA Expo next week, as I have a forced week off and wouldn't mind driving over for a pickup.

Thoughts? Will this be like Black Note where it just pops up for sale and you need to hear from word of mouth or be announced? Can’t remember if BA Expo was announced prior or popped up at the general store. If pop up it would be on line ordering for later pick up? If they do that hopefully no proxies and a little higher limit than 2 4/packs.

 

Where do you source the information that you post in this thread?

 

It’s being released tomorrow morning for online sales only. Pick up at the general store. Limit 2-4 packs. See Facebook or possibly other social media for details.
