Good call! I'm glad that Crafted delivers. Makes getting beer that much easier now.

Yea you’ll be fine. Cold storage is amazing thing. Assuming you bought it extremely fresh and kept them it in the fridge, they won’t suck.

its just all the protein of a hazy ipa. Even letting a hazy beer sit in the glass overnight, you’ll find a bunch of drop out to the bottom of the glass when you dump the warm beer down the drain. That’ll happen regardless of lactose usage.

Indeed it was in the same fridge since the day I bought it. Glad to hear they won't suck.

Yeah I'm not digging the can of What Does Time Taste Like that I got. I think I'm out on Hop Butcher lagers.

I cracked open a Pilsner last night and it was really good beer. It’s a fairly low abv beer and it’s a crusher wish this was in a larger package even of the 12oz can variety. A twelve pack of this would be perfect for a bbq.

I personally liked their other pilsners, and lagers for that matter (loved the kolsch), much better. This one to me had a weird bitterness up front that I’m not use to in a pilsner.

To me it felt like it was trying to be 3 different things and that took away from it being 1 great thing.

Edit - Also, the finish was very muddled and not crisp to me which kinda kills it being a good "pilsner"

Halogen Farms is killer. Also, has anyone else noticed the sweetness is getting dialed back a little lately? I could drink several of these HFs in a night if I wanted to. That wasn’t the case with most HB beers a year ago

I think sweetness is in the eye of the beholder. I've find HB beers too sweet these days.

Anyone else feel like “Hop Butcher” takes on a new meaning for Easter?

It would be nice if they could be bothered to put it on the label the addition of milk sugar.

I agree, and for clarification not all of their hazy IPAs utilize lactose. It’d be nice for the customer to know which do and dont.

no one gives two hoots that Le Jus has lactose, so I always wonder why there is so much discussion this thread.

I had Mirror Ball a couple of days ago and I was put-off by it because it was too damn sweet. I was totally excited for the release because it had centennial hops so I was hopeful that it was going be a HB beer with more pine and bitterness than their usual output. I was way off on that one.
