I ordered mead the other night from St Ambrose in Beulah, MI. They shipped promptly and it was on my porch via UPS within 36 hours. Are there any breweries in the Midwest doing the same thing or is this just basically the wine/mead world?
Urban Artifact is shipping. First it was in-state only, but now they ship to a variety of other states, although Michigan isn't one yet. They have some very unique brews and they're all good quality. https://www.artifactmerch.com/collections/beer-1
EDIT: great thread idea right now, @AnchorDrops DELIVERY FOR THE STATE OF OHIO, VERMONT, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEBRASKA, NEVADA, AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. No Illinois...damn!! I've liked the few I've tried from this brewery.
Ohio only. Bottles, cans, and merch. Not shipping crowlers or glass. https://branch-bone-artisan-ales.myshopify.com/
I believe Four Fathers in Valparaiso, IN is shipping through a service called Bevv. You can enter your zip code at the top to see if they will ship to you. https://fourfathersbrewing.bevv.com/
There's a couple other regional deliveries in Ohio, like Fat Head's and and Masthead, but I think most people in those areas are already happily aware of those awesome options.
I haven't pulled the trigger yet. But one of these nights, I'll have enough to drink and probably will.
Similar thread exists in the Covid-19 forum: https://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/breweries-that-are-shipping-during-covid.637347/
I finally pulled the trigger last week on a box of Burial once I saw Griddle was available (its one of theirs I haven't had the pleasure of having yet but always wanted to). It is just an amazing imperial coffee stout, with an appropriate use of lactose for body without adding unnecessary sweetness. Other breweries (especially here in the midwest) need to take note.
