+1 for All Strata Everything. One of their better beers as of late.

Was gonna roll the dice on White Ferrari having a better Galaxy crop, got it in my checkout cart, and it was gone before I could enter my payment info, so I'm gonna say sour hops, bet it sucks.

Kudos to OH for notching down the cost for us on the SME. all the other small __ everythings have been $18. Thanks!

Does anyone know if the Rochester and Brooklyn versions of All Together are the same beer with different labels or actually different beers?

Different beers, they used slightly different hops, one of the BK brewers was hosting the instagram live toast thing last week and had the ROC head brewer on and they talked about the differences. I know ROC has Idaho 7 he said and BK doesn't

Yeah, Veil isn't exactly known as a brewery that cares about its customers. It has its local followers, but they are more popular outside of Richmond than they are within. If you want to look at a brewery who rests on its "networks" with breweries like Other Half, Trillium, etc. it is them. Most locals prefer Triple Crossing, Final Gravity, or the Answer.

If you have EQ on one-side with free brisket, beer samples, and a share tent/table you would have the Veil at the opposite end when it comes to big releases.

haha, I'm not sure why I am bothering, I know I won't get anywhere - but for purely IPA's - yes prefer TC. But most folks I know would not agree with this blanket statement.

don't know the others listed there, but off the top of my head, I can definitely remember liking OH's collabs with the answer (basketball beers) much more than the Veil collabs. Coir Boiz was the worst beer I think I ever drank, but it did have the best can art.

Yeah I agree. No layups was v good & Coir boys was kind of weird. One collab not really indicative of the places as a whole imo.

Fair enough. I engage with a decent amount of people down here and there is definitely more animosity toward Veil than any of the other local breweries which also corresponds to a stronger connection to TC. Gimmicky beers? Long stretch of low-quality IPAs? Not sure.

I don't hate the Veil, I just think they are average/above-average and their reputation/brand is much stronger than their actual product. whiteferrari is one of their better IPAs, so hopefully the Freaky Friday version made at OH compares.

Today’s big question - will the Vapor Ringz (double dry hopped no less) that just popped up on the curbside menu be enough to draw @JayORear to Gowanus
