    I have pics around here of Nine-O-Nine. We toured 909 and Dragon Lady B24 at Cavanaugh's, Addison, Tx. It's always sad. People and irreplaceable aircraft. Robert Odegaard. Flew on a C47 not too long ago.

    @Hinda65. Slice white potatoes, put in a plastic bag with olive oil,salt,pepper,basil,oregano, and white balsamic vinegar. Then bake 80% then put them back in marinade for 2 minutes and then finish baking. The balsamic vinegar really adds the estra flavor as well as baking them till crispy

    Lil Beaver Wainbows. Another soft, juicy ale with no bitterness. There’s something about this one that I really enjoy but I can’t really put my finger on it. It just has some layers that a lot of hazies do not. Idk it’s good. Cheers!

    Austin Beer Garden - Rocket 100

    I used to think I hated all lagers - then I thought I hated American adjunct lagers - now I'm convinced it's just a macro thing. This is an adjunct lager? This is absolutely delicious! Hoppy, dry, bitter and floral with that signature dusty grain "Texas terroir" thing going on. Can't believe this is rated so low. I need to reevaluate my beer preferences. I don't think a beer could be morw refreshing and drinkable than this.

    I was inspired to open this Coolship Balaton tonight by all the incorrect guesses in the LIF within the NBS BIF (3 months ago this would have been a foreign language to me). If think rationally, Allagash's coolship beers are really expensive and I could get other quality beers for less. That said, not much with my beer buying habits is rational. All I know is I really enjoy Allagash's product.

    look: 4.5 | smell: 4.75 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4.5

    Bottled 1/3/19. Pours a very attractive, fairly translucent medium red. Fizzy head that quickly dissipates leaving behind no lacing (nor was any expected). Smell is fantastic, with more than just hints of the cherries and tartness that I expect I'm about to experience. Taste is lightly tart and funky with the cherry showing up even more in the aftertaste than the initial taste. Low to medium carbonation, which seems about right. Overall, if you are a fan of spontaneously fermented beers, you could do much worse than this one. I'm really enjoying it.

    A very short video of my flight on the Nine-0-NIne on July 16, 2004. We had just taken off from COS and I immediately went to the nose as we headed west. Pikes Peak is in the distance as climbed for altitude...I have more pics and videos from the previous day and during the flight, but this is one of my favorites...

    Pretty sure that was canned 3/31... IIRC... the DDH with Mosaic hides the jet fuel pretty well lol
