Need feedback on this situation

Like I said I was working a lot and he was more than happy with my suggestions.

I wrote:
"well it's doubtful the box will show up at this point I do have the new cryo if you are interested in that and some other Horus bottles."

He replied with:
"Yeah I don't have a lot of hope either but I'd definitely be interested in the Cryo and maybe the
Goshawk's Migration"

It's all straight forward. If his reply was hey do you think you could get more hydra or trade I would have done so. I already said I like cryo more than hydra after trying cryo, but that's my preference.

Again it's not about the beer and never was it's about feeling that he lost the trade and they he didn't get the extra attention he was looking for. He wasn't mad that the bottle was not right he was mad that I pawned the task off to someone else and it wasn't right. He obviously felt used and angry which is why this entire posts was created. He's looking for empathy and wants people to be mad at me because he's mad. I see this type of behavior often in insecure adolescents. I mean who goes through all this over a beer? The kid has much deeper issues and needs to get a life outside of an online forum. It's all laughable and I actually find it very amusing.

 

This is why you should just be banned. We don’t have to do anything to make you look bad, you do that all by yourself. @Jag237 just posted that he wanted feedback, the community and especially me went off on you for not acting like an adult. Just let us know when that package gets there. No one really cares at this point why because your full of it. If anybody is insecure it’s you buddy, I don’t see anyone here touting all this made up shit like you have been doing.

 

I'm not a bad trader and guys who trade me know I almost always trade $4$ and I offered him 2 bottles of hydra for his 2 bottles of much lower valued Veil. Not only that when I was heading over to get crowlers and I even reached out to see if he wanted any long before the box even got lost. I may be vague, straight forward, direct and come off as "douche" like flat_lander stated, but flat_lander also stated "Great trader. Fast shipping, great packing, easy to work out a trade. Patient w/ my many questions about using USPS!" and gave me a good trader review just like the other 47 traders here have.

Again this is about a self centered insecure boy who is bruised and wants redemption and empathy from an online forum because he didn't get the beer he wanted. Nothing more to say.

 

hahaah banned for being open an honest or a good trader, but straight forward and direct? Or for not empathizing for a kid who had a tantrum and didn't get his way?

Also @LGHT how about addressing some of your behavior outside of this forum that others have detailed here that you completely ignore.

 

Things don’t go your way and you respond by attacking the op, is that your definition of direct?. You were not being honest or straight forward. Bragging about having lots of HH, is that honest? Yes you have lots of good trades but what good does that matter now?

 

All he wanted was the beer that the two of you agreed upon initially. But you are too incompetent to have done that.

 

Actually i'm not because when the beer was lost HE agreed to 2 other replacements simple as that. Had he said no I want another hydra can you make it happen it would have happened.

 

Victims always feel as if they are being attacked. I'm just being open and honest and stating my opinion on how I feel just as you are now. Regardless if I agree with that opinion I respect it because everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

 

A good trader would have went above and beyond to make good on the original trade , no matter what it took. You weren’t even a good enough trader to know the box you sent never made it. And you couldn’t even get the second box there intact. You may have lied about this “assistant”, even if you didn’t OP made a trade with you, not your assistant.

Your trading behavior and your postings on this thread, others and outside of BA suck, hopefully powers that be send you packing, you deserve it.

 

Are you really such an idiot that you needed to be told explicitly that OP would have wanted a replacement Hydra? This was his sole ISO. Of course that's what he wanted as a replacement. Anyone and their assistant could have figured this out. You didn't mention it, so he assumed that this option wasn't possible. Meanwhile, your buddy/proxy is sitting on multiple bottles of it, and you never thought to obtain one to send to OP.

The OP has been level-headed and reasonable throughout this whole thread. He's not mad because he didn't get the beer he "wanted". He's mad because you didn't send him the beer you agreed to trade him.

You could have made this right even as recently as a couple days ago. You still owed OP a box, since your replacement box contained incorrect and leaky beer. Once you became aware of this thread, you could have tracked down a Hydra to send, rather than sending a Cryo, which was clearly not OP's preference. But you chose not to.

Rightfully so, the BA community is piling it on. Even if your actions aren't egregious enough to warrant capital letters, it's clear to everyone here that you're a bad trader.

 

Can a feature be added to the trading feedback to include a url so people can reference threads? If not, OP, please do the whole trading community a favor and put the link to this thread in your feedback.

soooo, you have to be asked to re-send a bottle that was “lost” (provide the tracking) you couldn’t just figure that out on your own? Why were replacements even offered if you could’ve just went down to your local pizza shop and picked some hydra up? Oh you lied about that to make yourself seem cool in a beer forum?
