I've created this thread for PA BA's to discuss their issues regarding Sierra Nevada products that are unique to The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania such as pricing, freshness and availability. No Yuengling talk here!
Gee, Thanks......Do I need to stay in the lines too? Please do not mention anything about the New York beer scene unless its in a New York post. Enjoy
Does "WHAT'S HOT" according to Wilkes-Barre's WEEKENDER magazine count? And look, a little over a year later, you could pick it up for about a buck a bottle! Says so right in an ad in the Philly Inky! Oh, damn. But you had to cross the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge over the Delaware and buy it in New Jersey!
My two main problems are with paying more for Sierra then most but I have come to terms with that and can easily bootleg cheap SN from Delaware. More recently though I have noticed we will get seasonal or one offs months later then I see everyone else drinking them in the WBYDN thread. That shouldn't happen with the second location in Mills River.
So to add on to my post in this thread has anyone seen the Bitburger/Sierra triple hopped lager in PA?
I asked about it in south central PA and the best retailer here said he’s not gotten any information on when it might be available.
Unfortunately, I haven't been to the shop since everything shut down because it's near my office but far from home. If you're interested, you should reach out. They're very responsive to Instagram comments and emails.
