Especially with that Armagnac barrel!

 

I mean if they just stopped using dessert wine barrels and stuck with the Bourbon / Congac / Brandy range of barrels every variant would likely be a winner.

 

I have a feeling they will primarily be using barrels of their own spirits once they get the quantity ramped up enough. We'll all be fighting over things like DL aged in FFF's own 10 year whiskey barrels in a decade.

 

I can't wait to see all you old other old farts at DLD in a decade.

 

This seems like a good time to request the return of Turtledog ... and to a lesser extent Earl of Biggleswade.

 

Still might be my favorite beer I've ever had. Hard to say though because it was my first real whale, there's a real chance of nostalgia bias.

 

I miss talking about having to poop at DLD....

Well since they apparently wait a few days before DLD to see what's on discount at the local Munster grocery before add-junking, fat chance of that. I just wanna know why Munster always has plenty of cardamom for sale.
