Lol, I did. I wasn’t going to (I’m still working and trying to spend every minute not working at home with the fam) but we ordered food yesterday evening and I went to pick it up. Since I was out, and not far from GSB, said fuck it. It is amazing. That typical dank pineapple I get from most of R+B’s (d)IPAs. I love the 2 newest stouts too, II reminds me of Mexican Cake, probably better. @xenjoiii killing it as always. Thanks for keeping my sanity at an insane time!

 

Mexican Cake and Huna definitely inspired the second iteration of Disintegration. They’re probably the only two adjunct based stouts that I really enjoy - all of the adjuncts are well integrated; and the base beer is not an overly sweet train wreck.

Packaging up a fresh (and tweaked) batch of Dead Men on Holiday that I brewed up in CT later this week. Should be dropping next week.

Drinking my 2nd Disintegration I and wow it is a special stout. The coffee and the vanilla don’t bash you over the head but they’re both there. Every sip. Perfectly done. Well done @xenjoiii

 

Disintegration I was fantastic. Wish I bought more than 4 cans.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of II though, and not because of the the flavor of the beer. I thought RB nailed what they were going for. I can handle hot foods very well but I kept getting some really bad heart burn while drinking it. Not sure what the deal was there for me.

 

Down to my last 2 cans of Life and Fate, fantastic beer. This has to be one of the best if not best beer I have had in recent times.

Amazing! Nice catch!

 

Anthora is absolutely delicious. Reminds me of Vanilla Bean Double Shot, but accomplishes the same mouthfeel and intensity despite the lower ABV. Fantastic beer.
