    You'd like Black the Riiper.

When I had the batch that won at GABF (silver '18) when freshly poured it resembled an IPA, but once the head dissipated it turned more into a hoppy porter. Was a huge fan, but haven't had this most recent batch.

Next week ESBC will release Independent. This is a fantastic west coast ipa.

Pretty excited for this one (I assume it'll be WC). Solid hop bill.

I assume this will be sold at all Pizza Port locations only?

Any of you guys get Mo' Strata from Cellarmaker last week release? I picked up a 4-pack yesterday, and I really like it. The other Mo's during quarantine (Mo' Galaxy, Mo' Citra, Mo' Nelson, Mo' HBC 630) have all been "hazy WC" but this batch of Mo' Strata is clear, and is much better for it. Heck, I don't even like Strata as a hop, but this is pretty delicious.

Strata might be my favorite hop for clear beer, so I bet that's awesome.

The hop concept Strata Concept is around now. I would put it solidly in the hybrid.category because of how.much it emphasizes the fruit flavors but its pretty clear and fairly dry and bitter. Absolutely bonkers on the nose too

Had “friends with social distances” collab. ( with ghost town and altamont). Looks like several breweries are collaborating with the same name).
It looks like a wcipa, crystal clear but tastes like sweet tropical fruit. So I’m on the fence about the wcipa advertising.
Also had Steve Austen’s from El Segundo. It was good, but surprisingly weak. It seemed like a pils or amber ale that was delicately hopped. It would be a perfect summer hot weather beer, but I’d expect Steve to have some balls.

I remember that! That’s when I was into pro wrestling (12 yrs old). I expect middle fingers and a stunner. Not a light lawn mowing experience.

Out of curiosity (because I am an ex major leaguer), I tried Bitter Brother’s The Closer (in collaboration with Heath Bell). It poured brown and smelled off putting. Taste was...kind of palatable? I guess. But I don’t recommend it.

I took a little drive to Santa Rosa today and picked up a box of Blind Pig. Now that's a wcipa. Also some Delhi by Dingy from Moonlight, which is pretty tasty.

Received our Gubmint cheese yesterday so I went beer shopping. Picked up Agreeable Folk from Societe, very good; Soundpieces from Mumford (first time having anything from them) was good; and Urbanite from Resident was very good. Might go get some cans from my favorite local spot Culver, they just canned Pine Driver which is a great old school Centennial dry WCIPA.

Very grateful we received this drop in Chicago, hope to see more fresh MT offerings our way in the future! Not the greatest I've had, but a sight and taste for sore taste buds out in the WCIPA wasteland commonly referred to as the Second City.

Dying to get back out West before the year is up, and counting the days to Spiteful's 10/9 Bike Messenger Appreciation IPA in the interim.

    Canned 4/14/20.

I still think Blazing World is nice but I miss it being a hoppy amber ale. It was unique and always hit the spot. The new recipe helps it get lost in a sea of endless IPAs. It feels like a regression to the norm.
