i'm doing a dark lord vertical with soy sauce chasers. i've got 5 years and the rye barrel variant from last year. i think i can do it if i start at 6:30 AM. i'm gonna have the kids stand in line with me at our front door for an hour or so with a backpack full of bricks.

Solo-domed a 2019 tonight while video chatting with some of you lovely gents. Got better as I consumed more. Pretty sure I saw two snakes, an eclipse, and a goat, which I believe is dark lord emoji for “pleased.”

 

Pretty sure silver wax is 2018. Last year is magenta or something. But yeah, it smells so wrong.

Also of note is the 2020 batch was delayed but still being produced. Hopefully that doesn't throw off the timing for the variants for next year.

 

I'm not sure if I'm happy or sad that I've not already drank several BA stouts and am not in a line for something. Can I be both? I feel both.

Knowing the history of this thread, I thought you guys were bullshitting. Yet another casualty of our fake news culture.

 

So...pretty sure that the Dark Lord just stopped by my house a few hours ago. I'm just grilling some chicken, minding my own business when a power line snaps, shoots sparks everywhere, and falls across mine and my neighbors chain link fence. I call 911, then the power company. While on the phone with them the fire starts at the bottom of the power pole. Fireman put it out, crew starts working. Then the storm came with enough lightning to have them stop for a bit. They're back now. I'm just being a haze bro on my porch, enjoying the twilight, hoping for power sometime soon. I can hear him approaching again in the distance. Probably has Matt Pike in tow this time. Checks radar...
