Sioux Falls Public Library must be a cool place if you can get beer there.

Not yet, but I hope to do that in June. I think they have a taproom in the Brewery District, but I really want to visit their brewery site. From what I've read, it sounds quite rustic. (And hard to find.)

Whuuuut? You don't have taprooms in your libraries? Hell, our post office has a taproom.:stuck_out_tongue:

A little mouse told me that there are one or more stores there that get it at the brewery and will ship it.

Fantastic! Great glass and pour. I assume from the name it's made with hallertau, the king of noble hops. I'm always amazed at the variety of beers on posts on BA. Can we all agree we are a GREAT beer country?! The great Michael Jackson used to like to shock audiences by saying that the US is the best beer country. But with so many independent craft breweries (alas, that number will decline due to this stinkin' COVID) producing wonderful examples of both American and European styles, and leading the way with innovative approaches, who can argue? Amiright?!

    Thanks for the kind words...

You're right... but that beer is German!

You may have, but just didn't recognize it... it was in last winter's Costco Advent box.

Believe it or not, this pic is more than 6 years old. Probably one of the first pics I posted on these forums.

@Eddiehop, this was an extremely gentle pour...

None of mine have been especially aggressive. Why don't you post some of your pictures?

Poured this as aggressive as possible, like a left hand milk stout nitro can. Needless to say, its been 5 minutes and the head is still settling

Nice picture. BA stouts are usually difficult to get much of a head, so, good effort!

That's one of the major reasons I switched to a bigazz 20oz glass. I can do aggressive pours of 12 and 16oz beers. Sadly, I broke that glass shortly after that. Luckily I had a spare.
