Have a good Sunday. I bought more games last night. Played Kerbal Space Program for 2 hours, then discovered Car Mechanic Simulator last night and got the deluxe edition with most of the DLC. I can see myself doing a few hundred hours in there. I already finished 4-5 jobs, mostly tires/brake system fixes; I had to change one timing belt and cam system though. So addicting. Here is a virtual Challenger SRT Hellcat I have to do the expensive brakes on next up. Looks hot.


Anchorage Pack Call. Fantastic NEIPA. Great fluffy head retention/foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine hops; with moderate wheat, white bread dough, light toasted malts; and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; very creamy/bready/grainy malts, some sticky hops, and light resins/rinds in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness; no hop astringency. Super smooth/soft, minimal warming 6.4%, or lingering hop burn after the finish. Fantastic Cascade, Motueka and Waimea profile. Extremely vibrant, juicy, an fairly dank/earthy hops; with a nice piloowly wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Right on par with the rest of their NEIPAs as expected.

Stayed up until around 2am last night celebrating some friends' wedding anniversary via a zoom party. Had a few beers (we played a drinking game) and my closer for the night was this beer. At 15% it had to be consumed slowly so I got plenty left to finish this morning. The best remedy for a hangover is to keep drinking right?

Add in a couple breakfast brats and I'd consider that the All American breakfast

As a real mechanic I have no idea how they made that a fun game. If you really want to immerse yourself in the experience make sure to randomly get up, open your silverware drawer, close your eyes, and punch the contents.

What's going on advocates. Digging into a crowler of Mortalis Venus double stuffed Oreo stout. Silky smooth delicious. At 7%abv it's a perfect morning sipper. Please seek out Mortalis if you enjoy stouts and fruited goses. These guys dominate both styles cheers
