but if you seriously are dumping $5+ cans down the drain every time you open them for months yet still hanging out in the OH thread... might be time for a new brewery / activity / palate / planet.



Expectation is the mother of all disappointment - it is a bummer when something doesn't live up to what you were hoping but in the beer world to me that means time to buy some german lagers / belgian quads ... or simply shift into whisky for a weekend.

 

Is DDH a 50 cent a can surcharge? Both DDH and OG Green City are 18 bucks. Maybe it was stealth way of hiking up the prices $2, like how half gallon ice cream containers became 7/16 gallons.

 

Coming to America I realised that I was getting shortchanged every time I bought something that came by the “pint” or “gallon”

hey... has anyone mentioned how good C&S is?

 

I believe that guy who loves to scoot around Brooklyn on his scooter and tight spandex shorts already did.

And I will say, I tip my cane to him, I trust his palate and went all in on C+S based on his recommendation and another well know advanced palate mathematician who frequents this board.

 

Anyone have any thoughts on the new ACE batch. Is it in the same 7/10-8/10 range it’s been at for the last few batches or are we back to stellar territory?

I guessing it should be good, since C+S was fantastic, unless Strata was pulling all the weight.

Without having a very recent batch of ACE, my feeling is Strata pulling the weight.
