It's finally starting to feel like summer here and I find myself reaching for some favorites.

    SN Summerfest
    Goose Island 312
    Leiny's Summer Shandy
Troegs Sunshine Pills...just to name a few.

Fellow BA's I ask you, what are your summer quaffable crushers? Do you have any summer beer guilty pleasures?

Fridge looks like this right now, and I’d be happy with this mix for the rest of the summer:

    Victory Summer Love
    SN Summerfest
    Troegs Sunshine Pils
    Allagash White
    Cigar City Guayabera
    Half Acre Bodem

Been wanting to bite the bullet and try the Sixpoint Jammer mix pack. That sounds really fuckin good right about now.

Oberon definitely, also Daisy Cutter but I drink that year round. I really wish Otra Vez hadn’t changed the recipe, the original was the perfect summer go-to.

For an expressly Summer beer lately it's been Industrial Arts Summer Landscape; last year was their take on a pre-pro lager.

If the Sunshine Pils is reasonably fresh that's another go to. After that there are always plenty of choices between Jack's Abby, Zero Gravity and Von Trapp.

St. Bernardus Wit cans will also make an appearance I'm sure.

Every summer I go back to Two Hearted Ale. Just something about it that screams hot summer days. If it’s not fresh, I will gladly crush some Fatheads Sunshine Daydream.

I don’t think anyone’s gonna get butthurt about anyone liking Lagunitas. They’re still damn good, no matter who owns them!

I don't care about who owns Lagunitas. I only care about whom AB-InBev owns.

Not really crushable, but I love sharing a bottle of Gouden Carolus Cuvee Van De Keizer Blue with friends when we have a barbecue. Something about the toffee/caramel notes and the fig/prune flavors go well with charred and smoked meat and BBQ sauce.

Overall my consumption doesn't change much season to season, but for early summer I do homebrew a pale ale originally based on the New Albion that Sam Adams brewed some years ago. I've tweaked it some over the times I've brewed it and I have what I consider my final recipe.

I have a new hot weather favorite from Upland Brewery, their Patio Cat is a summer time ale with guava. Good stuff!

Oberon. Shared a mini keg this weekend.
Edit: Also had a couple from a sixer of GLBC Dortmunder Gold cans at golf last night. Six pack of 16 oz. cans, $9.99. I can see going through quite a few of these this summer.
