SAVAGES (v2) Hints/Hauls

nice @y2kawakami those crush beers are good some of the first sours that hooked me in

 

*walks into a weird, yet eerily familiar room*

 

So I’m sitting here, minding my own. & @bstoos gives me a knock.

& blam, just like that, I’m hit.


First off, this was a greatly packed box, utilizing every bit of space the box had to offer.
Second off, great array of styles & new breweries.

We have Cane Life from Other Half x J Wakefield. (Coconut, coffee & vanilla) sounds awesome.

Then an onslaught of new brewery ticks.

We have two cans from Liquid State that send me on a trip down the rabbit hole with the can art. Both look awesome.
Big Ditch- Chocolate cream porter
Resurgence- Sponge Candy stout
Thin Man-11 day power pils (mm.. LagerBier)
Lucky Hare-All Together (been wanting to try one of the All Togethers)
& Pantomine Mixtures- Pirouette in Red.

Thanks a ton, Brian. These all sound awesome & as previously stated, nice job at a well rounded/packed box.

I got hit hard twice yesterday:

A ton of love from Kane Brewing, which I've never had anything from them before (had one of them last night).

Also from @r0rschach , got some more of the pickle beer love, with other packaging material

Without warning @FlintB dropped a mega bomb on my porch the other day. Apparently I won not one, but two LIFs that he ran the last round! This box left me speechless.



all new ticks in there including 2 new breweries in HOMES and vivant. That sherbet beer is very enticing as well. I have already drink a few of the ipas and they’ve all been good to great.



When the first beer you pull out of a box says Kuhnhenn, you know it’s a great box. The addition of three more is more than I could ask for. The endless ending I have wanted to try for awhile!



next we have a BiL cornucopia of goodness. And a 2014 BCBS?!?! And a Belgian strong ale. I’ve never had a BCBW and I loved the 2019 WW so Brian graciously sent me the 2018 version! Last but certainly not least there is a Brew 3000



The kill shot is absolutely overwhelming. I’m floored by this box Brian. Thank you, just thank you

I’ve been really bad about posting the hits on my porch as of late, so here goes:

@FlintB sent me my first Homes and Speciation beers. Neither disappointed. Some BA Kuhnhenn goodness and that beautiful glass. Thanks Brian!


Next up, @Dragginballs76 who sent an assortment of delicious beers and those peanuts Thanks Mike!


@bl00 dropped these gems on me. My first Alien Church was fantastic and the rest of the beers have been great as well. Thanks Dan!


Now, back to packing boxes....

 

The hits just keep coming!


@Vidblain coming in with the small but very mighty box! He remembered that I have never tasted MD and was kind enough to send a bottle plus extras and a sweet glass. Thanks so much Chris, it will be a good weekend!

Another box landed, this one from @JBowenGeorgia. Awesome selection of all new breweries to me. Thanks John.

 

Excuse the next handful of posts as I have been neglecting posting some hauls...

I was able to meet up with @Oconomowocian a couple months ago to drop off a few beers that I had grabbed for him, and he felt the need to hand me these, as if I really need more beer:



A couple new locals and a couple tasty revisits. I knew I should have brought some extra beer along just in case! Thanks again Jay, hopefully we'll be able to get together soon to put a few back!

 

Shortly after, I was a recipient of one of @Joplamp and his covid care packages.



All new delicious ticks from Avron and Rake, thanks again Jordan!

 

Then, a week later I had received one hell of a "thank you box" from @TheGent



Call this what you want to call it Anthony, but this was way over the top and too much, greatly appreciated!

 

A couple days later, another "thank you box" rolled in, this one from @Buck89



All new (local) ticks including a few in there that have most definitely been on my radar. Thanks again John!

 

A week later, I was able to meet up with @JFreres to hand off a couple beers that I had grabbed for him, and naturally he didn't show up empty handed.



Some (obvious) work was put in to find some holes in my ticks! Thanks again Jason!

 

At the beginning of this month, I was a recipient of one of the many covid relief boxes @r0rschach was sending out.



You sir, are off your rocker for what you've done, and it has been greatly appreciated by myself, and everyone else. Thanks again John!

 

Then a week later, I had yet another "thank you box" roll in, this one from @JBowenGeorgia



John had been threatening to send me a box for a while, even after I make it perfectly clear that thank you boxes are not necessary, but hell if he cared! All new tasty ticks, including a Creature Comforts All Together and a blind #chugs! Thanks again John!

 

This was a quick and simple 4 pack that I had @JFreres GPIUFMB, and of course he had to toss in a couple extras...



Both damn tasty, as to be expected. Thanks again for grabbing those cans Jason!

 

And last but not least, @larryi86 had mentioned a few months ago that he had planned on grabbing some of this new World Wide Stout, and I'm a sucker for these beers, so I asked him if he could spare a bottle...



Larry was nice enough to set one aside for me and even sent along a RAR can just for good measure. Thanks again for the hook-up!
